Looking forward to establishing himself in a growing "small town" community, Dr. Serafin joined the practice with the desire to return to a central Pennsylvania community similar to the one he grew up in, Mechanicsburg. "I like the size of the Elizabethtown community and what it has to offer in the way of a high-quality life, friendly people and the closeness to family and friends." Dr. Serafin and his wife, Dr. Tamara Shore, who also received her degree form Temple, were married in September 2001. In their spare time, they can often be found hiking, camping, or biking. During the fall season, Dr. Serafin is a avid fan of college football.
